AEYF West Fall Retreat 2018

For youth ages 13-23

(Jr. High-College)

Registration cost: $70 through October 17th; $95 beginning October 18th

Registration includes lodging at the Calvary Armenian Congregational Church, a day trip to Fisherman's Wharf and the Golden Gate Bridge (transportation included), an event souvenir, activities and meals at the church. How to register:

Step 1) Online Registration

Click the green "register" button in the upper lefthand corner. Select "General Registration".

• Note: You may pay with credit/debit card online (Preferred method). Cash or check accepted upon arrival at CACC; please make checks payable to Armenian Evangelical Youth Fellowship.

Online registration MUST be completed in full; you may not register at door.

Step 2) Printed and Signed Waiver

Waivers will be sent via email upon completion of online registration. Extra waivers are also available online on our website under the "Events" page. Parent/legal guardians MUST SIGN waivers for youth under 18 in attendance.

What to expect:

Our fall retreat begins Friday evening at Calvary Armenian Congregational Church with a worship and speaker session and organized ice breakers. Dinner will not be served on Friday. On Saturday, we will have morning and evening sessions at the church, highlighted with a trip to Pier 39 and Golden Gate Park for the afternoon. On Sunday, we will join CACC to participate in its regular worship service. A detailed itinerary will be sent via email as the retreat date nears.

Getting to Fall Retreat:

We highly encourage church youth groups to coordinate transportation to San Francisco. Please arrive between 8:00-8:30 p.m. If you are not affiliated with a church, parents may bring attendees at 8:00 p.m. Contact Vartan Chamichyan at info.aeyfwest@gmail.com for transportation inquiries.

Note on Transportation: Only individuals designated by AEYF will be allowed to drive attendees during the retreat. Attendees may not drive other attendees after arrival to the retreat without permission from event coordinators. All transportation during the retreat will be provided.
